Customer Satisfaction
At Cody Party Centre, we are completely dedicated to making your event as special and successful as possible. If you have any suggestions or concerns - we want to know!! We are committed to exceeding all your expectations.
Reservations
We recommend that you reserve your party and banquet equipment needs as far in advance as possible. This will ensure availability and allow plenty of time for your needs and requirements to be met.
Order Changes
All order changes must be placed at least 72 hours to delivery or pick-up. Reductions on rental items are limited to 20% of the product reserved per line item. Additions can be made any time but are based on product availability!
Cleaning
All rental items will be received clean and ready for use. All of our dishware, glassware etc. are packaged in special containers to ensure you receive sterilized, undamaged, sparkling and "table ready" items. Return scraped dishware in packaging provided ...and we do the dishes! There is a cleaning fee of $50.00 for barbeques, grills and other cooking equipment, if not returned clean.
Delivery & Pick-Up Policy
Delivery services are available. All items are received "table ready". Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked, ready for pick-up. All items should be assembled in a single location for easier pick-up.
Policy / Customer Agreement
For your peace of mind a damage waiver is added to all rentals. For a charge of 8% of the rental you are insured for any broken or damaged rental items. The damage waiver does not cover neglect, theft or linen that is returned with burn holes, candle wax or mold. Please note that the damage waiver is limited to covering damages to a maximum value of $500.00.
