From curbside drop-off to a delivery time that fits your plans, our team is happy to help.
Seven days a week
Service hours
- Monday–Friday: 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
- A premium applies to weekend delivery and pickup.
- After-hours pickup is available. Ask our team about timing and charges.
These are delivery and pickup service hours. Store and showroom opening hours are separate.
Options for your schedule
Delivery windows
- Standard: an eight-hour delivery window.
- Restricted windows: four-hour, two-hour and one-hour delivery windows are available for an additional charge.
- Exact-time delivery is available for an additional charge.

Easy to plan
Curbside service
- Standard delivery and pickup are curbside, at a location our vehicle can access.
- If we can access your driveway, we’re happy to place your rentals in an accessible garage.
- For a backyard, inside a house or office building, or up or down stairs, please speak with us first so we can discuss access and any additional fees.
- Setup is available for an additional fee. Let’s arrange it together in advance.
Keeping you informed
On delivery day
- We’ll give you an approximate delivery time that day.
- We try to call or text when we’re about an hour away.
Helpful details to share
- Any special delivery instructions.
- A site contact name and phone number.
- A site map or your preferred drop-off location.
- Access details, such as gates, parking or loading restrictions, and narrow driveways.
Ready for collection
On pickup day
- Please have your rentals stacked, organized and ready for pickup.
- Keep matching glasses together in the same box.
- Make sure linens are dry before placing them in a bag.
